Mint Infused Honey

Our raw wildflower honey is infused with a combination of chocolate mint, peppermint and spearmint grown on our farm – there is a dedicated mint garden just for this honey because we simply love it so much! This honey is very popular with tea connoisseurs – its perfect for both hot and iced tea – and is awesome when drizzled over grilled lamb or used in a dressing for a simple summer fruit salad (feta watermelon with Mint Infused Honey, wow!). For an extra special treat, pair with our Chocolate Infused Honey and ribbon on top of a bowl of vanilla ice cream for a light and refreshing “mint chip” topping!
