Blueberry Sumac Infused Honey

The sweet, vibrant taste of Tennessee blueberries and the tart, citrus kick of Staghorn sumac combine to deliver a burst of fresh blueberry flavor in one of our favorite infused honeys. This is your new blueberry “syrup” for pancakes and waffles! Drizzle over vanilla ice cream, yogurt and cheesecake. This honey is amazing paired with baked brie, grilled chicken and on your peanut butter and honey sandwiches. All the ingredients for this one are grown and wildcrafted on our farm in Woodbury, TN and, of course, our infused honey is never heated – the benefits of raw unfiltered honey and the taste of ripe summer berries all in one spoonful!
