Lavender Infused Honey

This honey is what you need for your morning cup of tea. Add to a hot cup or iced glass of tea or coffee for a bright, herbal hit of lavender. We use English lavender flowers grown on our farm to produce a balanced lavender infused honey that delivers the distinctive bright, floral flavors of lavender without becoming overly scented or soapy. In addition to sweets and tea, this lavender honey can be paired with chicken, turkey, lamb, and fatty fish like salmon or tuna.
