Chamomile Rose Infused honey distills the essence of early Tennessee summer into our sweet amber colored raw wildflower honey. Chamomile flowers are harvested in full bloom when their fragrance is most intoxicating and combined with a rainbow of petals collected from our heirloom rose bushes. This is our favorite for a morning cup of hot earl grey or green tea.

    We infuse our raw wildflower honey with organic Tahitian vanilla beans for over 6 weeks to bring you a wonderfully warming honey with delicate floral notes and flavor qualities similar to stone fruits and edible flowers. This one is versatile! Use it to sweeten your tea, coffee or latte, add it to plain yogurt for a REAL vanilla yogurt experience, incorporate another layer of flavor to your summer fruit salads; its even great on fatty cuts of beef or chicken. We only lightly filter after infusion so you get plenty of vanilla caviar – this honey is perfect for incorporating those aesthetically pleasing black specks we like to see in our vanilla flavored dishes.

    I bought several of these infused honeys and every one was just so tasteful and delightful in tea and coffee! I’ve gifted several and everyone comes back to me and ask where did u get this? I plan to make an additional purchase for myself and gifts.
